Paid Parking
Parking can be limited during busy times, so make sure you are at the right dock for your boat at least 30mins before departure.

Parking for Dock C & D
The best Parking area for Dock C and Dock D is on the corner of Victoria Parade and Teramby Road. This is all 4 hr parking and metred throughout ($5/hr)

Coming from Shoal Bay
Come along Victoria Parade and before you get to the lights, turn right at 1st roundabout then a hard right into carpark
Coming from Sydney/Soldiers Point/Salamander Bay
Come along Victoria Parade, through the main lights in town and then turn left at the roundabout and a hard right into car park
This is all paid parking and metres are based throughout the carpark.
Parking for Wharf 1 and the Ferry Terminal
If you are taking your cruise from Wharf 1, the easiest & closest spot to park is in the 9hr parking area on this passenger terminal. This area too is all paid parking and metres are placed on both sides of the carpark about 1/2 way along ($5/hr)

Coming from Shoal Bay
Come along Shoal Bay road then veer left onto Victoria Parade.
Turn right into car park 9 hours.
Coming from Sydney/Soldiers Point/Salamander Bay
Come along Victoria Parade, through the main lights in town, through the roundabout, along the foreshore and turn left into the carpark

Nash Lane and Magnus Street up past the Port Stephens motel
Directions from Dolphin Watch booking agency to Nash Lane
This is the best free place to park for ferries.
There is also free parking next to the break wall at the end of Teramby Road. Drive past main marina on the right and drive to the very end and then turn right and park near Wharf Restaurant.
Woolworths underground parking is free for 3 hours.
Everyone – residents, business and visitors – receives 15 minutes free parking.
This is designed to allow you to grab your coffee, paper or duck into a business without worrying about paying to park.
For residents and business who are registered on the system, you don’t need to worry about moving after the 15 minutes – you can stay as long as the time restrictions allow.
For visitors, after 15 minutes you will need to pay.
